This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 9500 platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of the 9500 platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated herein.
1Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 9500 platform, you expressly agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform and must close your account immediately. 9500 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically.
To register and use the 9500 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. Our platform is intended for individual use only; you may not register on behalf of another person or a business entity. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. 9500 makes no representation that its services are compliant with laws outside of Malaysia.
Account registration is limited to one account per individual. Registering multiple accounts with the intent to abuse promotions or the platform's systems is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. 9500 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 9500 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether authorised or not. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 9500's support team immediately so that the necessary security measures can be taken.
All information provided during registration and throughout the identity verification process must be truthful, accurate, and current. 9500 may request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your national ID or passport, as part of the account verification process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or termination of your account. Users who provide false or misleading information will face immediate account termination.
Users of the 9500 platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Manipulating games or the betting system through any technical means or unauthorised collusion
- Using another person's account or sharing an account with a third party
- Engaging in any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
3Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 9500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name. 9500 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

9500 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review or compliance purposes. Where suspicious transactions are identified, 9500 may freeze the account and require the user to submit additional documentation before any withdrawal is processed. All decisions regarding delayed or rejected transactions are final.
4Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
The 9500 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. 9500 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or betting outcomes.
In the event of a technical error that causes incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed, 9500 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake amount to the user's account. 9500's decision in such matters is final and binding.
All content on the 9500 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and trade names — is the exclusive property of 9500 or its licensors. Users are not granted any licence to use, copy, distribute, or modify any such content without the express written consent of 9500.
Any attempt to access the platform's source code, reverse-engineer its systems, or exploit any of 9500's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in legal action. The name "9500" and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of the platform and may not be used without authorisation.
5Account Suspension, Termination & Third-Party Links
9500 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of any terms in this document, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to meet identity verification requirements, or at the request of a law enforcement agency. In the event of a suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email and has the right to appeal within 14 days.
When an account is permanently terminated due to a terms violation, 9500 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus credit balance in that account. However, any real money balance obtained through legitimate deposits will be returned upon completion of the review, unless there is a valid legal reason to withhold it. The balance refund process is subject to the outcome of the review, which may take up to 30 business days.
The 9500 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for users' convenience. 9500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users who access third-party links do so at their own risk, and 9500 makes no warranties in relation to any external services referenced on the platform.

6Terms Updates, Governing Law & Contact Us

Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the 9500 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections regarding venue or inconvenient jurisdiction. All official communications between users and 9500 shall be conducted in Bahasa Melayu or English.
